Johnson Kanady is an experienced tax and business lawyer who earned his J.D. degree from the College of William and Mary, and the Master of Laws degree in Taxation from New York University. His practice includes all aspects of state and federal taxation for business and individuals, as well as estate planning and tax-oriented real estate transactions such as Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and Historic Rehabilitation and Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Mr. Kanady is experienced in transactions providing affordable housing, including HUD Section 202 and 811 financings, LIHTC transactions, and 501(c)(3) bond transactions. He is a Director of the Virginia Coalition for Housing and Interfaith Housing Corporation, and is a Member of the American Bar Association (Sections of Taxation, Real Estate and Forum on Affordable Housing), Virginia (Sections on Taxation, Real Estate and Probate), Richmond, and Henrico County Bar Associations.

Nancy L. Quinn received her law degree from the University of Richmond, and since clerking for the Circuit Court of Henrico County, has directed her practice toward family law. She advises clients on prenuptial agreements, divorce, child custody, support, adoption and equitable distribution. She is a member of the Virginia (Section on Family Law), Chesterfield County and Henrico Bar Associations. She is a Director of the Henrico County Bar Association, a Director of Henrico CASA, and a Special Justice for Henrico County.
